West Side Story
Flamin’ Dames’ recent work includes “The Arts Council Rural Touring Scheme”, touring for LiveLincs (Lincolnshire) & Essex on Tour in 2008/9, Creative Arts East (Norfolk) and Live and Local (Warwickshire & Derbyshire) in 2009/10. They have given performances in London and appeared at 2008 Brighton Festival Fringe. In Autumn 2007 they toured the Scottish Highlands & Islands, finishing in Aberdeen as Guest Artists at “Aberfest” community Arts Festival. In December 2009 the Dames made their debut at the prestigious “Pizza on the Park” Jazz venue in London. It proved so popular they returned in May. Now they are in mourning at its demise! Who knows where there’s another place like it?
