Flamin’ Dames specialize in combining a rich mix of vocal repertoire; grand opera to toe-tapping musicals; unique classical spoofs and rib-tickling numbers. Combining drama, movement, comedy & flamboyant costumes in an inventively staged package to give an evening of pleasure for all ages & tastes.

The Dames are accompanied on piano (or top quality touring keyboard) by one of their virtuoso pianists and bring everything required to create showbiz glamour in any venue from Hotel function room to Village hall (keyboard, freestanding lighting, set, costumes & props… plus their trusty supply of bananas!)      

“Luck be a Lady”

Gambling, High Kicking and Murder all feature in this fast moving, zany visual show. Songs from composers such as Rossini, Verdi, Gershwin, Bernstein, Kander & Ebb, Noel Coward and many others.  Luck be a Lady has been a hit with National Rural Touring and London audiences across England for the past 2 years.

  “Dames in Concert”

Sassy, sharp, sexy and smooth, the Dames pay homage to some of the great European& American songwriters. With their own arrangements of well known favourites & unusual gems, they create an intimate cabaret evening. Dames in Concert has performed to great acclaim at London’s prestigious Jazz clubs “Pizza on the Park” and “The Pheasantry”.

“Face the Music”

Expect the unexpected as The Dames swing from high drama to low comedy via a tearjerker or two.  In the repertoire since 2008 Face the Music with its blend of famous opera tunes and musical hits, (West Side Story, The Barcarolle and The Cat duet to name just a few..) this show has remained popular with audiences of all ages.
